Insole sheets are Integral part of the shoe which acts as the backbone of the shoe. They can be cut and moulded into any shape to fit the last. During the manufacture process of the shoes the Fibres align themselves along the length of the conveyor, so it is important to follow the cutting direction guideline printed on every Insole Sheet to achieve the best flex and strength characteristics. We have different kind of Insole such as Cellulose Insole, Nonwoven Insole, Stroble Insole and Antistatic Insole.

NORMTEX 2000 is Cellulose Insole Sheet which is recommended for all kind of Board Lasting Application also welted construction. It is Breathable & moisture absorbent, has inherent directional flexibility & stiffness and also some properties of water resistance. It can be used in various sport shoes, leather Shoes and Sandals. It can also be used as linings for briefcase and suitcase, Covers for files, folders, school bags and notes book.

NORMTEX 2000 has excellent inflection resistance performance, will not crack due to inflection, ensuring longer service life.

Nonwoven Insoles are manufactured from high recycled polyester fibres. That are structure with Nonwoven technical proceeding and treated with chemicals to give strength to the material. Nonwoven Insole are durable, largely unaffected by moisture and humidity and have mechanical strength and flexibility. These are Breathable, Flexible, Economical, Tough, Easy to Cut and RSL FREE.

Stroble Insoles are soft and Flexible and lightweight, when used in a shoe it saves upper materials. It can be used for all kinds of Stroble Construction footwear. Stroble Insoles are usually used for casual shoes, leather shoes and sports shoe etc. Stroble required for upper material to be sewn to a fabrics bottom for creating shock. The upper and bottom are joint by a Stroble Stitch.

Antistatic Insoles are mainly used in safety shoes. That can be used for stitch down and welted footwear. It has high tensile, good breaking and peeling resistance. Antistatic Insole prevents the build-up of static electricity or reducing its effects.
