KALOR is a Thermoplastic extruded material with good elasticity and perfect mould ability and adhesive on every kind of shoe upper. The purpose of the stiffeners is to provide adequate support to the material of the shoe upper to retain the shoe in shape, for example during wear. Toe puff and counter materials commonly have a degree of stiffness and resilience, the stiffness being necessary to retain the uppers in a desired shape and the resilience being required to return the shoe to the desired shape, Thus avoiding any kind of deformity.

To improve adhesion during the shoe-making process a further coating of adhesive binder has already been applied to the surfaces of the stiffener material.

We have various types of Counters including Chinese Quality and Italian Quality.

Nonwoven TP Sheets are two Types:
a) TP with Chemical
b) TP Without Chemical

Chemical sheets are solvent-activated and have to be immersed in MEK solution to become adhesiveness. Before dipping need to be cut in shape of Toe Puff and Counters. After dipping need to be provide desired shapes then cooled and dried. It is cheap and easy to use. Mainly used for Toe Puff, Counter, of sports shoes, economical leather shoes, boots. Also used for inner lining of various briefcase and suitcase.

This Type of TP sheet is not required to be dipped in any solution rather if required it can be stitched or any kind of adhesive or solution can be applied for boding with the upper.
